NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN, that the Planning Commission and Architectural Advisory Committee of the City of Palm Springs will conduct a Joint Special Meeting beginning at 1:00 pm, Monday, August 10, 2015, in the Large Conference Room, City Hall, 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs.  The purpose of the Special Joint Meeting is to discuss the following items:

1. PUBLIC COMMENT:  Pursuant to the Brown Act public comment limited to Items that  appear on the Call and Notice of Special Meeting.  Three (3) minutes assigned for each speaker.

2. DISCUSSION ITEMS: 
  A.  Water Conservation & Turf Replacement
  B.  Architectural Review Process

3. ADJOURNMENT: The Planning Commission will adjourn to Wednesday, August 12, 2015, at 1:30 pm, Council Chamber, City Hall, 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs.

 ADJOURNMENT: The Architectural Advisory Committee will adjourn to Monday, August 24, 2015, at 3:00 pm, Council Chamber, City Hall, 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs.
