Updating Mailing Address and Local Contact Information

It is the owner's responsibility to provide updated information to the Department of Special Program Compliance. 

Please call us if you have any questions.

 

To change your mailing address, please send an email that includes the following:

  • In the subject line state "Change Mailing Address (City ID # and TOT #)"
  • In the body of the email state:  old address, new address, and effective date of change

Please note that if you change your mailing address with the City's TOT Desk/Finance Department, we will not assume that you want your mailing address changed for all other correspondence.  You must send this email to the DSPC in addition to notifying the City's TOT Desk/Finance Department.

Please make sure you receive an email back that confirms receipt.

 

To change local contact information, please send an email that includes the following:

  • In the subject line state "Change Local Contact (and include address, City ID # and TOT #)"
  • In the body of the email state:  new local contact name/address/phone number, effective date  of change  (please be clear if this is replacing an existing local contact or in addition to)
  • In the body of the email state:  "This individual is aware of and has agreed to perform as my local contact."
