REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA: Agenda available for public access at the City Hall exterior bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) and the Planning Services counter by 9:00 pm on Thursday, November 12, 2015. A posting of this Agenda can be found on the City’s website at: www.palmspringsca.gov. Pursuant to G.C. ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGENDA: The Planning Commission will discuss the order of the agenda, may amend the order, note abstentions and request Consent Calendar items be removed from the consent calendar for discussion.

WOODBRIDGE PACIFIC GROUP ON BEHALF OF PALM CANYON 65, LLC FOR THE DEMOLITION OF AN EXISTING COMMERCIAL SITE TO CONSTRUCT A MIXED-USE PROJECT ON 12.4-ACRES CONSISTING OF (60) SINGLE-FAMILY RESIDENCES ON LOTS AVERAGING 5,136-SQUARE FEET IN SIZE, (20) MULTI-FAMILY RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUMS AND APPROXIMATELY 17,872-SQUARE FEET OF COMMERCIAL SPACE LOCATED AT 777 SOUTH PALM CANYON DRIVE (CASE NOS. 5.1378 PD-379, ZC 3.3876 MAJ AND TTM 36914).
