Donate Toy, Have Library Fines Forgiven

Donate to Toys For Tots at the Palm Springs Library

Toys For TotsMonday, December 15th at closing (8:00pm), will end the Palm Springs Public Library’s Toys for Tots drive and fine forgiveness program.

Everyone is encouraged to bring in a new and unwrapped toy that will be given to a child this Christmas.

However, for those library users who have fines, the Library will forgive fines up to $50 (if not in collection process). Just bring a toy (valued at $10 or more) to the front desk with your library card, and staff will forgive fines and then put the toy in the donation box.

“We are very excited to be part of the Toys for Tots program this year," said Barbara Roberts, Director of Library Services, "and we are happy to pass on this holiday cheer to our users through our fine forgiveness program.”
