The Department of Maintenance & Facilities is responsible for the ongoing maintenance and operation of all City owned buildings, two City Cogeneration Plants, all City owned Parks and Downtown, Street maintenance, and Fleet operations.  Our primary goal is to quickly address all citizen concerns while providing effective solutions and maintaining the City’s desire to continuously improve our community.  As one of the top tourist destinations, welcoming visitors worldwide, we take pride in the quality of life our residents enjoy.
