REVIEW DRAFT FISCAL YEAR 2017-18 BUDGET (EXCLUDING CITY GRANTS AND SPONSORSHIPS*), MEASURE J COMMISSION RECOMMENDATIONS, AND CONTINUED DISCUSSION/DIRECTION:
1. Staff and Measure J Commission Presentation, and City Council questions.
2. Public Comments:
This time has been set aside for members of the public to address the City Council and Measure J Commission on this agenda item only. Two (2) minutes will be assigned for each speaker.
3. City Council Discussion.
RECOMMENDATION: Direct Staff as appropriate.
COUNCILMEMBER COMMENTS, REQUESTS, AND REPORTS: Additional general comments, reports, announcements, requests of staff and/or issues of concern to Councilmembers are briefly presented at this time.
