NOTICE REGARDING TELECONFERENCING LOCATION:  Commissioner Kearns will participate in Appeal Hearing Item No. 4 via teleconference.  The teleconferencing location is accessible to the public and located at the Renaissance Hotel, Caramboia Beach, Estate Drive Bay, St. Croix, U.S. Virgin Islands.
