Please note that due to the venue (Convention Center), the Joint Meeting of the City Council and the Tribal Council will NOT be webcast or televised on PSCTV Channel 17.

PUBLIC COMMENT: This time has been set aside for members of the public to address the City Council on Agenda items; and items of general interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City. Although the City Council values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted agenda. Three (3) minutes assigned for each speaker.

The Joint Meeting with the Tribal Council will adjourn, and the City Council will continue with the Adjourned Regular Meeting.

2.A. APPROVE THE SCHEMATIC DESIGN OF THE ANIMAL SHELTER AND ESTABLISH THE PROJECT MASTER BUDGET:
RECOMMENDATION: Approve the Schematic Design of the Animal Shelter and the Budget.
3. RECESS TO CLOSED SESSION:
The City Council will recess to Closed Session to discuss Items on the Closed Session Agenda. See Closed Session Agenda.
4. REPORT OF CLOSED SESSION:
