The principal purpose of the Annual Action Plan is to show how the City’s Community Development Block Grant funding will be expended during the year in a way that addresses the needs, priorities and objectives contained in the City’s 2020-2025 Consolidated Plan. The Draft Annual Action Plan is being made available online to the public for a 30-day comment period from March 15, 2021 to April 15, 2021
