REPORT OF THE POSTING OF AGENDA:  Agenda available for public access at the City Hall exterior bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) by 6:00 pm on Thursday, August 24, 2023, and posted on the City’s website as required by established policies and procedures.

PUBLIC COMMENTS:   Three (3) minutes are allowed for each speaker.  


DISCUSSION:

1. A STUDY SESSION TO DISCUSS/PLAN THE NEXT ANNUAL PRESERVATION MATTERS SYMPOSIUM 

ADJOURNMENT:  The Historic Site Preservation Board will adjourn to its regularly scheduled meeting on September 5, 2023 at 5:30 PM.

   

Pursuant to the Government Code Section 54957.5(b)(2) the designated office for inspection of public records in connection with the meeting is the Department of Planning, City Hall, 3200 E.
