Public Comments will be taken at the meeting during Agenda Item V, via one of the following methods:
• In-Person: Attendees will be asked to approach the podium for comment during the meeting.
• Zoom: Participants will use the “raise hand” feature and the administrator will notify the participant when it is their turn to speak.
• Phone: Participants will need to send advance notification via email to parksandrec@palmspringsca.gov prior to the meeting and no later than 12 PM on the day of the meeting with their intent to give live public comment via phone. Administrator will unmute the phone-in participant when it is their turn to speak.
Written public comments for the Commission may be submitted in advance to parksandrec@palmspringsca.gov. Any correspondence received during or after the meeting will be distributed to the Commission at a later time and retained for the official record.
The meeting will be recorded and video will be posted on the City's YouTube channel, as soon as practicable.
