Adult Summer Reading Lecture: Water Conservation
Presented by Clark Elliot of the Desert Water Agency, in partnership with the Palm Springs Office of Sustainability
Clark Elliott is a Conservation Manager with Desert Water Agency serving the western Coachella Valley. Clark has nine years of experience implementing water conservation regulations, running water use efficiency programs, and working with the public to meet water savings goals. Since joining Desert Water Agency, Clark has been involved in reporting to the state on Making Conservation a California Way of Life among other regulations and managing a multi-million dollar water-saving incentive program. Clark completed his Bachelor’s in Earth System Science at the University of California, Irvine in 2014 and Master’s in Public Administration at California State University, Dominguez Hills in 2023.
