Author Talk: Peter Bedard

Peter Bedard will be discussing anxiety, mental health, and his book Billy And the Anxiety Monster: How to Love Your Anxiety and Heal, A Grown-Up Book for Your Inner Child. He will share his 19+ years of experience as a therapist working with anxiety. In this ALL-AGES workshop, he will read from his latest book, draw our anxiety monsters, and bring some love to the parts of us that are suffering.

Assisted Listening Devices (ALDs) are instruments designed to amplify sounds to make it easier for persons who are hearing‑impaired to enjoy a library program.
