A thriving business, tourism, and hospitality community, along with world-class city services and quality of life continue to make Palm Springs like no place else -- and with a bright future ahead, Mayor Jeffrey Bernstein will deliver the annual State of the City address on Wednesday, Oct. 30 at the Palm Springs Art Museum’s Annenberg Theatre.
The event is hosted by the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce -- and kicks off with a 5 p.m. pre-reception catered by Lulu California Bistro in the lobby of the Palm Springs Art Museum followed by State of the City presentation at 6 p.m. featuring an uplifting performance by the students from Musical Theatre University along with a video and comprehensive update from Mayor Bernstein and the City Council highlighting accomplishments and milestones in their districts over the past year.
To attend the pre-reception, visit pschamber.org. Tickets are $65 per person. Seats to the State of the City downstairs in the Annenberg Theatre are FREE.
Those unable to attend this year’s State of the City will be able to watch the broadcast on the City’s YouTube channel and on Palm Springs Community Television.
