POSTING OF AGENDA: This Agenda was available for public access at the City Hall exterior bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber), City Clerk’s office and Planning Services’ counter on or before 12:00 p.m. Thursday, September 9, 2010. Pursuant to the Government Code Section 54957.5, the designated office for inspection of public records in connection with the public meeting of the Historic Site Preservation Board is the office of the City Clerk, City Hall, at 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs, California.
It is the intention of the City of Palm Springs to comply with the Americans With Disabilities Act (ADA) in all respects. PUBLIC COMMENTS: This time has been set aside for members of the public to address the Historic Site preservation Board on Agenda items; and items of general interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City. Although the Historic Site Preservation Board values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted agenda. Three (3) minutes assigned for each speaker.

6A. HSPB 75 (Cary Grant Estate; 928 Avenida Palmas) – An application by Dr. Jane Cowles Smith for the historic designation of 928 Avenida Palmas, Zone R-1-C, Section 13. (CE)
Recommendation: That the HSPB review and consider approval of the draft resolution recommending to the City Council historic designation Class 1 for the entire site, subject to conditions of approval.
