Go Big Red! It’s game time Palm Springs!
Get ready to cheer on one of the best high school football teams in the Coachella Valley at the annual Palm Springs High School Homecoming Parade on Wednesday, October 23 in downtown!
The parade will kick off at Baristo Road and head north along Palm Canyon Drive and conclude at Alejo Road. This year’s Grand Marshal is PSUSD Superintendent Tony Signoret. The 2024 parade theme is “Candyland.”
In addition, this year’s parade features members of the Palm Springs City Council, the Board of Palm Springs Unified School District, along with the talented and beloved Palm Springs High School Marching Band “Spirit of the Sands” – and of course, the school’s legendary tough as nails football team, the champion Palm Springs High School Indians.
The Indians will take on the Palm Desert Aztecs at their annual Homecoming game on Friday, Oct. 25 at 7 p.m. at Ralph Watt Stadium. Senior Night will start at 6 p.m. and feature the Homecoming Court, football players, floats, cheerleaders, the Class of ’64 reunion, the Spirit of the Sands Marching Band, plus a half-time extravaganza that includes the crowning of this year’s Homecoming Queen, a night of fun you don’t want to miss!
