Library Board

The Library Board of Trustees consists of five (5) members appointed by the City Council. The Board typically meets on the first Wednesday of each month at 5:30 p.m. The Board reviews and amends library policy, reviews progress reports, discusses immediate and long-range library planning, prepares an annual budget, administers the Library Trust Fund, and prepares an annual report for the City Council and State Library. The Library Services Department provides staff support at (760) 322-7323.
