An exciting new era has begun... The Kimpton Rowan Hotel, Starbucks Reserve, West Elm,  Stout Burger, Blaze Pizza, Kiehl's, H&M, Il Corso, Tommy Bahama Marlin Bar, Free People, Havianas, Johnny Was, On the Mark, Haus of Poke and the new public parking garage are now open. Parking in the downtown garage is FREE for four hours. In addition, the new Downtown Park is now open, complementing the City's hotels, shops and restaurants with open space, special events and public art -- and of course the adjacent Forever Marilyn sculpture!
