Hotel Incentive Program
Phase II Renovation Project

The City Palm Springs has established the Hotel Incentive Program - Phase II Renovation Project effective February 6, 2019, ending December 31, 2028. 

The program is designed to assist existing hotels with six or more rooms renovate their properties by investing no less than $5,000 per room, and receive an annual share of the new incremental Transient Occupancy Tax (TOT).
