Demuth Park
Located at 4365 Mesquite Avenue, the City’s largest at 61-acres - is home to the Demuth Park Community Center, which features a fitness facility and offers dance, yoga, gymnastics and Karate classes. There is a full basketball court, and meeting spaces with a kitchen and community garden plots that can be rented. The park sports one tennis court and 12 Pickleball courts. There are baseball diamonds and soccer fields and rolling hills full of green open space with walking and bike paths, picnic tables, a small stage and a big playground. There is something for everyone here in “The Park” which features a broad mountain scape as the backdrop. When it was built, following World War II, what is now the Demuth Park neighborhood was known as the “Veterans Tract” offering the flood of returning servicemen and servicewomen affordable housing.

Hello Community, it's time for a playground refresh at Demuth Park! We are getting colorful new playground equipment and rubberized surfacing with shade canopies. The new equipment will include special play areas for youth play ages 2-5 years and 5-12 years. The timeline for completion is Fall 2024.
