To be considered a Police Officer - Lateral candidate, you must meet the following qualifications:

• Be currently employed as a Police Officer with a California law enforcement agency.
• Successfully completed the probationary period in your current or former agency.
• Possess a valid CA Commission on Peace Officer Standards and Training (POST) Basic Certificate or higher.
• Possess a valid California Driver's License
