Spencer was last heard from by friends and family members on 6/30/2008 around 6:30 pm. His truck, with the keys, his wallet and credit cards was located in an orchard field in Thermal, California on 7/1/08 by Riverside County Sheriff's Deputies. The circumstances surrounding his disappearance are suspicious. Anyone with any information on who Spencer was last with or might have visited are encouraged to call the Palm Springs Police Department Crimes Against Persons Unit.
