User Fees and Charges

• Co-Owned Housing Unit New/Annual Registration Fee - $1,374.00
• Transfer Fee (Add/Remove Owners) - $500.00

These fees are subject to change as they have not been adopted by Council.  A $1,500.00 deposit is required until the adoption of the fees.

Reminders

See the Good Neighbor Affidavit that includes the following:

There is no outside amplified noise (i.e., music) allowed at any Co-Owned Housing Unit while being used. Music must be fully contained within the property at all times.

Parking – Occupants of the Co-Owned Housing Unit shall comply with all provision of the City’s parking regulations applicable to residential units. In addition, all owners and guests of the Co-Owned Housing Units shall park their vehicles on the property of the Co-Owned Housing Unit whenever sufficient parking space is available at the property.

Occupancy – Limits are based on the number of bedrooms at the property (children aged 12 or under permitted as well and are in addition to the Total Overnight Occupants listed in the chart below):
