PACE Program Funding - The PACE Program is state program administered by the Coachella Valley Area of Governments that provides homeowners with long-term, fixed rate financing for energy and water efficiency improvements. Residential Energy Efficiency Loan Assistance Program - This is a loan program that allows residential and commercial property owners to implement energy efficiency improvements to their owner-occupied properties and pay for them as an assessment on their individual tax bill. SoCalGas Rebates - SoCalGas currently offers a rebate of 30 cents per square foot for wall insulation and 15 cents for attic insulation. There are also rebates available for new energy-efficient furnaces, water heaters, dryers, fireplace inserts. For more information go to the

Southern California Edison (SCE) - has a program for income-qualified residents that provides free appliances and installation of energy-efficient refrigerators, air conditioners and more, as well as energy efficiency services like weatherization that will help you save energy and money every day.
