Your name will be called during the public comment period and you will be unmuted during your allotted time - if joining by phone, please email the Commission Secretary your phone number to be identified as a speaker.The Commission Secretary will facilitate to the extent possible, any email requests to provide oral comments that are sent during the live meeting.
Alternatively, to provide oral testimony during the virtual meeting, please use the "raise your hand" function in Zoom to request to speak when public comment is being taken on an eligible agenda item. You will then be unmuted during your turn and allowed to participate in public comment. After the allotted time, you will then be muted.
