AGENDA

Pursuant to Assembly Bill 361, this meeting will be conducted by teleconference.  There will be in-person public access to the meeting location.

REPORT OF THE POSTING OF AGENDA: Agenda is available for public access at the City Hall bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) by 9:00 pm, Thursday, May 11, 2023, and posted on the City’s website as required by established policies and procedures.

ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGENDA: The Architectural Review Committee will discuss the order of the agenda, may amend the order, note abstentions and request Consent Calendar items be removed from the consent calendar for discussion.

PUBLIC COMMENTS: This time has been set aside for members of the public to address the Architectural Review Committee on the Consent Calendar and other agenda items; and items of general interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Committee. Although the Architectural Review Committee values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted Agenda. Three (3) minutes assigned for each speaker.

1. CONSENT CALENDAR:
The following routine matters may be acted upon by one motion. Individual items may be removed by the Board for separate discussion at this time or under Approval of the Agenda.

1A. APPROVAL OF MINUTES: APRIL 17, 2023
RECOMMENDATION: Approve minutes of April 17, 2023.

2. NEW BUSINESS:

2A. MCGEE SHARTON ARCHITECTS ON BEHALF OF DESERT PRODUCTIONS LLC, FOR A MAJOR DEVELOPMENT PERMIT APPLICATION TO CONSTRUCT A 10,959-SQUARE FOOT WAREHOUSE FACILITY ON A 21,923-SQUARE FOOT UNDEVELOPED PARCEL LOCATED AT 200 OASIS ROAD, ZONE M-1-SP (CASE 3.2864 MAJ/DP). (SY)

RECOMMENDATION: Adopt resolution determining the project is exempt from CEQA review and approving the project subject to conditions.

ADJOURNMENT: The Architectural Review Committee of the City of Palm Springs will adjourn to the next regular meeting at 5:30 pm on June 12, 2023, at 3200 East Tahquitz Canyon Way, Palm Springs.
