REPORT OF POSTING OF AGENDA: Agenda is available for public access at the City Hall exterior bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) and the Planning Services counter by 4:00 pm on Tuesday, June 4, 2013.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGENDA: The Historic Site Preservation Board will discuss the order of the agenda, may amend the order and note abstentions.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: This time has been set aside for members of the public to address the Historic Site Preservation Board on agenda items and items of general interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the City. Although the Historic Site Preservation Board values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted agenda. There will be three (3) minutes assigned for each speaker.

1A. APPROVAL OF THE MINUTES: Minutes from the May 14, 2013 meeting.
2. NEW BUSINESS:
2A. CASE 3.1345 MAA – PALM SPRINGS AERIAL TRAMWAY REQUESTING A BUILDING REPAINT; REMOVE AND REPLACE LANDSCAPING; MODIFY FREE STANDING ELEVATOR; ADD SCREEN WALL; ADD NEW PARKING LOT KIOSK AT MAIN ENTRANCE LOCATED AT 1 TRAM WAY, ZONE ESA-SP, SECTION 7. (GM)
RECOMMENDATION: APPROVE, SUBJECT TO CONDITIONS.
2B. CASE 3.2089 MAA – HSPB 55 – A PROPOSED TENANT IMPROVEMENT RENOVATION, INCLUDING INTERIOR AND EXTERIOR MODIFICATIONS TO THE FORMER OKURA RESTAURANT ON THE FIRST FLOOR OF THE OASIS COMMERCIAL BUILDING, A CLASS 1 HISTORIC SITE LOCATED AT 101 SOUTH PALM CANYON DRIVE, ZONE CBD; SECTION 15. (KL)
