As of May 22, 2023, the city no longer accepts paper applications. All applications are submitted through the Palm Springs Online portal:
The online applications and submittals will be reviewed using SharePoint Sharefile to submit applications and plans to the City's third-party reviewers. From there the applicant will be able to download & review comments, and will be provided a link to upload revised documents.
Applications regarding property and right-of-way adjustments are found below. This section also handles Encroachment Agreements for residential areas, Outdoor Dining Encroachment Agreements for encroachment of outdoor dining areas within City R.O.W.
Additional forms required by the Riverside County Recorder-Assessor at the time of document recording can also be found below.
Recording of the final agreement can be done by the City with a check for recording fees from applicant. Alternatively, the applicant can have a title company pick up the signed original and record document on behalf of the applicant. The City will require the original recorded document be sent the City Clerk.
