REPORT OF THE POSTING OF AGENDA: Agenda is available for public access at the City Hall bulletin board (west side of Council Chamber) by 9:00 p.m., Wednesday, March 2, 2022, and posted on the City’s website as required by established policies and procedures.
ACCEPTANCE OF THE AGENDA: The Architectural Review Committee will discuss the order of the agenda, may amend the order, note abstentions and request Consent Calendar items be removed from the consent calendar for discussion.
PUBLIC COMMENTS: This time has been set aside for members of the public to address the Architectural Review Committee on the Consent Calendar and other agenda items; and items of general interest within the subject matter jurisdiction of the Board. Although the Architectural Review Committee values your comments, pursuant to the Brown Act, it generally cannot take any action on items not listed on the posted Agenda. Three (3) minutes assigned for each speaker.

ONE LAS PALMAS, LLC FOR A MAJOR ARCHITECTURAL APPLICATION FOR THE REVIEW OF FOUR (4) SINGLE-FAMILY HOUSE TYPES ON ELEVEN (11) HILLSIDE LOTS AND AN ADMINISTRATIVE MINOR MODIFICATION FOR A FRONT YARD SETBACK REDUCTION FOR THREE LOTS AND INCREASE IN BUILDING HEIGHT FOR FOUR (4) HOUSE ELEVATIONS LOCATED AT LAS PALMAS ESTATES DRIVE, ZONE R-1-B, SECTION 1 (CASE 3.4194 MAJ & 7.1648 AMM). NEW BUSINESS:
3. FLANNERY EXCHANGE LLC, REQUESTING EXTERIOR ARCHITECTURAL MODIFICATIONS TO INCLUDE A SECOND FLOOR SHADE STRUCTURE, SPIRAL STAIRCASE AND THE PERMANENT INSTALLATION OF AN AIRSTREAM TRAILER TO A SECOND FLOOR PATIO OF A COMMERCIAL BUILDING LOCATED AT 750 NORTH PALM CANYON DRIVE, ZONE C-1 (CASE 3.3795 MAA).
