Public Integrity Disclosure Form

On April 4, 2018, the Palm Springs City Council adopted Ordinance No. 1953 establishing Chapter 2.60 of the Palm Springs Municipal Code related to Public Integrity.

Disclosure statements must be filed by the first business day of the month of April. In the event that any official experiences a material change of interest after filing the annual disclosure statement, the official in question shall file a semi-annual amendment. Regular filing dates are:

• Assuming Office: Due within 30 days of oath of office.
  • Period Covered: 12 months preceding appointment.

• Annual Statement: Due on or before the first business day of the month of April.
  • Period Covered: Preceding calendar year (January 1-December 31^st).

• Semi-Annual Statement: Due on or before July 31, only if there is a material change.
  • Period covered: January 1 through June 30.
