Vacation Rental & Homeshare Workgroup
The Vacation Rental & Homeshare Workgroup is made up of residents, stakeholders and professionals that live or otherwise have a significant stake in vacation rental policy in the City that have volunteered to assist with discussion items around the Vacation Rental Ordinance and provide recommendation for future policy considerations. The work group mission is to:
- Provide input on items regarding
- Vacation Rental density
- Vacation Rentals as an ancillary or secondary use of ones property
- Impacts towards housing supply
- Encourage public participation from the community
- Create consensus and provide recommendations
